Liability Waiver & Release

1. Nature of the services

Services provided through Urvil Performance are strength and conditioning and athletic performance coaching only. They are not physical therapy, medical care, diagnosis, or treatment of any injury or condition.

It is your responsibility to consult your own physician before starting any new training program. Urvil Performance does not provide medical advice.

2. Voluntary participation and assumption of risk

You understand that physical training carries an inherent risk of injury, including (but not limited to) muscle strains, sprains, fractures, joint injury, cardiovascular events, heat illness, and in rare cases more serious injury or death. You voluntarily assume that risk in full.

You represent that you are physically able to participate safely in a strength and conditioning program. You agree to stop training and seek appropriate care if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptom.

3. Release and hold harmless

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Urvil Performance LLC, Urvil Patel, their affiliates, and any technical contractors, vendors, and service providers acting on behalf of Urvil Performance LLC (including Signal X Studio LLC and their respective members, employees, and agents) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your participation in any program offered by Urvil Performance, except for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

This release covers, without limitation, claims based on negligence, premises, equipment, instruction, supervision, or programming.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Urvil Performance LLC, Urvil Patel, their affiliates, and their technical contractors and service providers (including Signal X Studio LLC) from any claim brought by you or on your behalf, by a member of your family, or by anyone claiming through you, arising out of your participation in any program.

5. License and personal use only

The program, including all workouts, videos, written materials, and app access, is licensed to you for your own personal use only. You may not share, distribute, post, upload, or otherwise make the program or any part of it available online or to any other person. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or commercialize the program in any form. Access is granted to the purchasing athlete alone, and any unauthorized sharing or resale is grounds for immediate termination of your access without refund.

6. Minors

If the athlete is under 18, the parent or legal guardian completing the purchase represents that they have legal authority to consent on the athlete’s behalf and accepts all terms of this waiver on the athlete’s behalf, including the assumption of risk and release of claims above.

7. Governing law

This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute arising out of or related to this waiver or your participation in a program must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

8. Severability

If any provision of this waiver is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. The unenforceable provision will be construed to the greatest extent permitted by law to reflect the parties’ original intent.

9. Entire agreement

This waiver, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between you and Urvil Performance LLC regarding your participation in any program. By completing checkout you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of it.
